- Earliest start date
- Your message – text field
- Application materials (cover letter, résumé, letters of reference, degrees, certificates, etc.)
In addition, your web browser automatically transfers technical information to us when you access our sites. That information includes, for example, information on the browser you are using, information on your operating system, the time and date of your visit and the referrer URL, if applicable. This information is solely used for statistical analyses in order to help us improve our HR marketing and recruiting measures. You, as the user, remain anonymous.
We are not able to collate this information with the information from your online application.
However, we would like to point out that any information you communicate may also be used to create statistics on the (online) application process. The statistics will only be created for internal purposes and your personal information will always be rendered anonymous prior to use.

Purpose of the processing/forwarding/legal basis
Your personal application information is collected and processed for the exclusive purpose of filling positions in our group of companies. By submitting your data you consent to allowing all companies in our group to use your data.
All of information you provide will be stored in our applicant management system. The information stored will only be shared with employees entrusted with recruiting work.
Upon completion of the application process, your information will be used to create an offer of employment (if applicable) and to organize your initiation process, e.g., to create a user account, order IT equipment and for your introduction day.
Legal basis for processing your personal application data for the purpose of an employment relationship is Numeral 6, Para. 1, Item f of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Applicant data retention period
The information we store in our applicant management system is automatically deleted 6 months following the completion of the application process.
This does not apply in cases where legal regulations prevent the deletion, where further storage is required as evidence or if you expressly consented to an extended retention period.
Storage for future job postings
If you would like your materials to be retained for a longer period than 6 months, we require your written permission via eMail during the application process (OPT-IN). You have the right to revoke your consent to the extended storage at any time.
The information stored in our applicant management system will be deleted no later than within 2 years.
Data security
We have taken various technical and organizational precautions in order to protect the information collected during your application process from manipulation and unauthorized access. For example, your online application is encrypted prior to transmission using the latest recognized state of technology.
Right to disclosure/correction/deletion/revocation
